Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds or replacements are offered in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe (excluding force majeure situations).
2. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@chandigarhgiftinghub.com or call us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Perishable goods (flowers, cakes, food items) once delivered in good condition.
- Personalised or customised products.
- Items where the issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- Orders where the delivery was refused by the recipient without valid reason.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your bank details when raising the request.
5. Order Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days. Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for a refund unless the item is returned in its original condition.
